Fishtank Communications is a Montreal-based design firm run by Ruth Farrugia. Ruth is a graduate of the respected Graphic Design program at Dawson College and brings her education, talent, and real-world professional experience as an in-house designer for The City of Côte Saint-Luc to every design project.
